If there were a legal, regulated (and clean...) brothel type service then sure, why not :D
I still don't see why we dont have a proper brothel thing going on, whats wrong with sex? :D
 
You live once for crying out loud... if you want to pay.... then pay... if she has scabs everywhere then you know you'll be getting something for free. (whether it be good or bad its still a bonus!)
 
Personally -

No. I couldn't do it. I think to much of women to pay for sex, and it really makes me sad that some women need to do prostitutes to live (and yes, I am aware some women really get paid tons, and are freely doing it because they make so much money its silly but still).

So basically no, I couldn't do it.
 
All i do is pay for women..

...I take my gf for meals, drinks, shopping, etc. If that isn't paying for it, i dunno what is and in the long-run, probably more epxensive :)
 
But at least when you do get your sex, it is because your partner wants it. Right?

I have no problem with prostitution or people that do/would use them as quite frankly, it is none of my business but for me, winning them over is most satisfying part of it. I don't think I would find it as enjoyable without that knowledge even if they were absolute stunners. I am not really one for casual sex tbh.

When I want a game for my console I don't go out on a "hunt" and make it all myself, do I? I walk into a game store, pay up, go home and enjoy the "action"

The same logic applies if I was single and wanted a shag. Sure I could go through the motions or I could get straight to the point and skip the crap. I get more time free to do what I want (because I haven't wasted it on the "hunt") and I get laid when I want as well. I also get to do things nice girls don't usually do. :cool:
 
yeh but your not calling yourself alpha when u do it, your not trying to be manly by buying a video game are you?

all i was sayin is that payin for sex would be borin, for me at least, i find it more fun to try and win a girl. Hell even if i fail then it just a lesson for the next time, easy girls are borin.

Many prostitutes who are 'street walkers' do it to live (and fund a drug habit).

However, there are many escorts who 'sell sex' and do it out of choice because they genuinely enjoy it.

Of course but then you can't say that that makes you an uber programmer and means that you love gaming more than the person that decided to make their own game because they genuinely find the programming bit very enjoyable and don't mind that they might have to spend money on books and such.

The analogy is saying that using prostitutes is not an "alpha" thing because it is getting sex the easy way. In the same way, buying games as opposed to makin them is not an "uber programmer" thing because it is getting the game the easy way.

Then some people give in too easily. I have no issues with people who want to pay for it, just don't expect me to respect them. And a lot of prostitutes generally aren't that attractive - but I prefer the chase and just think it's a little sad and pathetic. Ok if you're an ugly, socially inept, unfit, characterless moron of a man then I guess you'd have no choice - but I'm afraid I reserve the right to judge the people that have to pay for sex. I don't give a hoot if they do it, just don't expect to go "wow cool".

I'd do both. Then again I have no prejudices and also know that one is paid to attempt to give you a good time and the other is trying to give you a good time.

What is all this Alpha crap? Seriously. I want cake I go to the cake shop. I want Space Invaders I go to the Video Game shop. I feel the need to be whipped, put on a gimp mask and be peed on I go to the Fetish Sex Shop.

Nothing Alpha about getting cake if you want cake, is there?

I do (to some respect) like the chace but I only normally engage in said chase if I want to start dating the woman. There is a whole world of difference between sex in a ongoing and loving relationship and sex that involves getting a certain itch scratched.
 
I prefer the chase also, i have an inflated opinion of myself and love the idea of pulling a girl, it's like i'm winning with one of my msot primal instincts.

Unfortunately those girls turn to girlfriends if you're not careful and you end up watching your single mates from the sidelines whilst you go shopping...like me :( lol.

Noones trying to be "alpha" by having a one night stand, going to a prostitute or getting a girlfriend either.

I agree. But people were making the point that it is more "alpha" to use a prostitute. Whether that was a part of the OcUK inside alphaness joke or not, that is clearly not the case and the person who made the analogy was just explaining that it clearly isn't and is infact only for homosexuals and women. :)
