if they have put it up themselves then i cant see what makes it illegal at all. its like saying we cant watch us-based videos on youtube because we arent paying a tv licence for them, or something.......whats the fuss?

It's only legal to watch them on that site.

Which is only just coming on-line. OcUK doesn't let you share piracy sites so that's the problem.
