GT5 Prologue dispatched yet?

I should get mine tomorrow as it was sent first class today.
I have just put my imported japanese version on and it is now doing a large update.
Looks like the japanese version is getting the same content as the uk one.

It does it to most people I think, however, it saves what it has already downloaded so it only downloads what it hasn't yet downloaded (even if the bar does start at the beginning again). :)

I got the update for the japanese version.
The menus are still japanese but the game itself is the same as the uk version.
I have just been playing on the high speed ring its a good track.
The F1 car is sitting in the dealership but it costs a fortune.
 
Can't believe it but i'm so disappointed with the online part of the game. Its more like playing motorstorm than gran turismo.

All cars seem to somehow get a random speed boost throughout the race enabling them to overtake the same car model easily. People not even attempting to race, just to knock you off the track. Also why is it that sometimes you can drive through other cars but not at other times ?

Finally why when somebody else crashes into me, do i get the penalty ...

yeah mine failed over 10 times got it now though. must im impressed with the home menu and online features, i was ranked 12th on the oval circuit might try a few more time trials :)

Your racing in beginner races id assume

Professional races are nothing like you mention and the cars are much more difficult to control.
