Games to look forward to this year!

Hmm games I'm looking forward to this year: Warhammer Online / Age of Conan, Fallout 3, StarCraft II, Project Origin, Spore, FarCry 2, Alan Wake.

I'll add more if I think of them.

Crysis, Bioshock and Supreme Commander when I eventually get a new gaming rig... :p

Oh, and slightly more seriously Red Alert 3 if it makes it out this year. (no idea on its actual eta)

Personally im looking forward to Turok - that was one of my first and favourite N64 games amongst my meagre collection, nice break from Goldeneye to pump a few explosive shotgun shells into some raptors!

Explosive shells.... they've been sadly missing from shotguns for the last 11 years of gaming!!!

Will be good to get back into the theme of blasting Dinos... just hope they dont mess it up.
 
From your list: Assassins Creed and Spore

As I don't have a console I am also waiting with baited breath for Mass Effect (probably sometime in May, no official dates outside NA)

I am also hoping for Dragons Age before Christmas. The best information we have so far is it will be out sometime before April 2009 so you never know :)

It probably doesn't count, but the improved version of The Witcher is out soon, the differences sound enough to make it a whole new game ;)

Any PC Gamer who hasn't played AC yet should do. It does drag it heels towards the end and is quite repetitive but free running around the lovely realised cities is worth the money alone.

Been a few weeks since I played it ( as my vista with working mohaa died, and on xp it oddly doesn't work), but I can't really comment on the ammount of servers anyway, I stick to 2 or 3 good servers and those are always populated in the evenings. During day it's a bit empty though :(.


Edit: a quick look on xfire gives 380 servers for Spearhead and 1000 for vanilla.
Most are empty though but that's prolly coz it's so early.

I liked the Rifle only servers

They so need to remake/bring back this again it was the best MP game ever the levels were great & the accuracy of the shots were spot on

Might load it up again :eek:

It's a tie-in with the CGI movie being released if I'm not mistaken :)
