I got hungry looking at some of that junk, then I saw I the brains in milk and realised I wasn't really hungry at all. Thank you, Mr Milky Brains, I owe you one.

Gah.... I really don't like the look of any of that stuff truthfully...

It looks like the kind of food your heart is crying as you are eatting... screaming to your brain "LOVE ME! you need me to live!"

chunky chips are at least better than fries, and a fried piece of fish isn't 'that' bad. And if you don't eat the batter its even better.

Not "that" bad compared to what. I'm pretty sure a portion of fish and chips is over 1000 calories. Compared to the aussie cheese fries or whatever sure...but either way they are both extremely unhealthy.

I'm from California and most people are pretty fit there...its mostly the east coast and southern states that have the overeaters. We get all the vegan hippies that eat rabbit food and wear oil essences instead of deodorant ... ick :/

Personally, I don't restrict myself to anything...I just stop when I'm satisfied and try to eat balanced meals. I'm 5' 10'' and 140 lb so it seems to be working.

As long as you're not doing it regularly, having the occasional high-calorie meal isn't going to make you into a bloater. The problem comes when such meals are so cheap that it's viable to do it several times a week.

Food's getting cheaper and we're getting lazier. That's what's causing increasing levels of obesity -- it started happening sooner in the US and we're now catching up.

If that comment was aimed at me, I wouldn't care where that food is from. Indeed, a lot of food in the UK is worse than in the USA.

I just wouldn't eat food like that no matter where it was served

and I don't drink either

i had the cheese fries and a massive burger at the outback in Orlando Int airport just before coming home.

i felt full the whole way home!

also anyone been to a golden coral?

for $6 you can eat as much breakfast as you want, inc cakes, fried chicken, pizza.

i saw a 6-8yo kid eating a pile of fried chicken at 9am for breakfast.
