Quake 3 (legal) download?

Anyone know where/if I can buy and download Q3? The local shop didn't have it, and I'd rather just buy it online and download the software than order it. Google doesn't have any results

I would love to play Quake 3: Rocket Arena mod again. Bet id be the only one online though! Used to love that.

RA3 is still played still pretty popular in rest of europe few cups as well

I still have Q3 ltd ed tin version never used lol never got round too sticking it on the bay so may as well leave it in the loft lol

If you hold on a bit you could play Quake Live http://www.quakelive.com/

It's an ad-supported version of Quake 3 you can play from your browser.

If you're on a Uni network that doesn't have ports open for Steam, then it's likely that you won't see more than a handful of server in QuakeIII, too..

CMPA and q3dm still not been bettered in my mind
