What's the funniest film you have EVER seen?

Just a few that spring to mind that havn't been mentioned yet.
Groundhog Day
What About Bob?
See No Evil, Hear No Evil
National Lampoon's Vacation
Spaceballs
Drop Dead Fred

Anchorman.
Closely followed by Planes Trains and Automobiles, which although not the funniest overall film ever for me, has the funniest scene ever for me.

Happy Gilmore was the first one I thought off, cried with laughter in parts.

Borat also is really funny, blades of glory I loved, Semi Pro had some great moments, South Park the movie was awesome. Man there's so many!

Films:

The Naked Gun (all 3)
Happy Gilmore
Also enjoyed things like The Wedding Crashers, Old School and The 40 Year Old Virgin

TV:

I'm Alan Partridge
That Mitchell & Webb Look

I've always had a soft spot for older slapstick randomness, like the Naked Gun series, National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon, Hot SHots 1 + 2, and most Mel Brooks movies.

In recent years, I don't think any movie has made me laugh as much as my first viewing of Scary Movie (I was only 17 at the time, and I had no idea what it was going to be about), but the funniest movie I have seen since then is Simon Pegg's "How To Lose Friends and Alienate People" which should be out in August (I saw a pre-screening for a viewer survey thingy)

Monty Python's Life Of Brian, The Blues Brothers and This Is Spinal Tap are the three funniest films I've ever seen although you do need to concentrate slightly more for This Is Spinal Tap.

Honourable mentions for Airplane, Shaun Of The Dead, Hot Shots Part Deux and The Big Lebowski.

DONNY, YOU'RE OUT OF YOUR ELEMENT!

+1 for The Big Leboski

The funniest thing I've ever laughed at was "The Aristocrats" when I first seen it in the cinema.

I found Happy Gilmore, most American Pies and even Jackass2 to be painfully funny.
Meet the Fockers and Parents as above were hilarious too.

Regardless of how many times I watch it, The Blues Brothers always results in laughter.
The chase scene when the Illinois Nazis get involved is hilarious. :D

some films are more funnier at certain times dunno why.most recently ive laughed most was watching anchorman.naked guns are awesome as is aeroplane. if you havent seen sealab cartoon series :D that is so funny might be quite dear though but it is awesome.basically its like a early 70/80s cartoon show where theyve dubbed sort of voices.theyve been under the sea so long that almost all have gone mental.better than any southpark.

Super Troopers and Borat were both rediculously funny at the cinema with everyone crying with laughter (especially Super troopers as i dragged a few mates along when i managed to find the one place that was showing it - as we didn't know what to expect). :D

Anchorman was funny the first 2 times but it's lost pretty much all appeall now.

Planes, Trains and Automobiles, for me, probably has the most replayability as it doesnt seem to get old, always funny. :D
