It's not hard to phone, just incredibly time consuming being put on hold and talking to an incomprehesible monkey at the other end. Its also expensive given that most helplines seem to want to charge you nowadays.

So you may be happy with devoting your time and money to M$ but i'm really not

I didnt call them monkeys cos they're in india, stop being a sly little creep - using race is just a low tactic.

Do we have any choice but to use microsoft "software" if we want to run games? No we dont, that is my only reason for using it.

Why are 360 owners such morons? Its seemingly that anyone who buys one is instantly now in bed with Bill Gates, its pathetic. Sure the product is good, but the company isnt - if you want to keep giving them money when you dont need to then feel free, you're the one thats losing out

When did I say anything about live? Yes i think its a ripoff but I didnt say that - learn to read please

Guys, please relax a little...

Bottom line is, some people think its annoying that they don't include it as a standard feature (including me, but I have only ever used codes anyways - so I guess it hasn't affected me directly).

But comments like "as soon as you buy a 360 you are instantly in bed with bill gates" is a bit off TBH. And yes, I like MS - I think they do some good stuff. Sure, I don't think they are all sunshine and roses, they are a business and can be ruthless, but I do think a lot of the products they make are of a reasonable quality.

But seriously, yelling at each other like this is going to make the moderators step in, and honestly its better not to get them involved
