And so the Pete Doherty hate brigade toots its horn.

Fair enough he should be in prison, as he has been let off a lot, and I back the decision to put him in there to be honest. But I really do wish some of you would shut up, maybe you guys should try Heroin and see if you think life's still as peachy as it is now.
 
About damn time.

Let's hope he damn well stays there for the whole time too- unlike his 'rehab-sentence'.

The key word here being try... His problems are self-inflicted.
 
he makes plenty of money by singing and songwriting. hes appeared at glastonbury a few times. hes sung / wrote in one of the highest rated albums of modern times (by certain music magazines at least).

he's dated a supermodel.

thats pretty successful to some people.

Thing is some people will see his success as subjective, some will say "Yeah, he's been successful." Others will say, "Getting caught so many times for posessing drugs isn't the sign of a successful music career."

His music is opinion and yours counts the same as your comment about his :)

fair point about his previous sentences though im sure there not for mugging/burglary etc.

I know a few junkies that have got away and still do with worse.

i was talking about professionally. I think its hard to be a succesful drug addict.

So was I. I was trying to say that someone caught so many times for possessing drugs can't be a successful musician.

Plus "successful drug addict". Probably quite easy. Just inject loads of heroin every day and get higher than the day before. ;)
