How do you clean your LCD?

I use the cloth I got with it and some cleaner stuff for screens or the cleaning fluid for glasses I used to have.

i used a damp cloth and then my lint free guitar cleaning cloth on my lcd worked brilliantly

Lol! I got almost exactly the same kit badged as Philex. Bottle is bigger with mine and there was no cloth bag, but it works brilliant. No streaks.

Well. I use to clean mine with the cloth provided, until my mum used a wet cloth and now i have streaks across it!!!

Any idea how to get rid of them?

I'd say plain, slightly warm tap water.

I've never had to give mine a full on clean as I never touch it, so it only needs a dusting every so often.

I use one of these to take the top layer of grime off, then proceed to shoot the hard-to-reach bits off dust with a gun

Failing that I usually just use a damp cloth.

I have some of that stuff.

I find it works great on glossy screens, but leaves smears on matt.


For matt screens I use Klearscreen.
