Depending what you count as wide - No, the cheapest is the Sigma 10-20mm which is around £250 new. You can get other lenses like the kit lens that is 17-55mm, but I wouldn't say that was wide really.

Traditionally, but on a 1.6 crop sensor body the 20mm translates to 32mm, which is again I suppose (in film terms) 'wide'. But it's certainly not 'super wide'.

16mm is ultrawide on full frame IMO. You've hardly got a wealth of options wider than that...

Without checking the EXIF I'd guess that shot was taken at at around 10-12mm (presuming it's a crop sensor).
