Needed: a photoshopper and someone who knows about saving video-clips from Youtube

1. I suck at Photoshop so cannot do this myself but I was wondering if some nice chap can create for me a circular image with a message saying "I love Psychology" kind of similar to the "I love NY" ones as shown below.

2. Is it possible to create .wmv's or .avi's from Youtube clips? If so, can you specify how this is done please?

This would be a massive help and is needed for my uni work, specifically a presentation at the Glasgow Science Centre next week!
