Polo advert taken off tv

i still don't understand how it can make your friend cry, divine.

It's like seeing my favourite character in a film die, sad yes, but the guy who played him didn't really die.

She'll just be one of these super-sensitive types who needs to pull themsleves together and get on with things.

Yesterday I found a neighbour's cat in some distress with a serious leg wound - I informed the owner, took him to the cat, offered help and then told the other neighbour there was an awful lot of blood needed cleaning off his patio and garden table.

It's not nice but I did what I could, and not once last night did I awake crying because of it. I'll give it a few days and nip round to see how the cat's doing, hopefull she'll be fine and bandaged up and in a few weeks time we'll see her back out again.

Anyone who owns a dog in an average household (IE: Not trained dog trainers) will surely realise that to train it to behave to our standards you need to play in its fears and insecurities.

You don't reward a dog for making a mess on the carpet. You tell it off and quickly take them outside and repeat until they realise that outside = poopy time. Same with chewing etc. Other training is usually reward based. It's the same with kids etc too.

Someone who wakes up scared for a dog featured on a staged advert really need to go outside and get help to be honest. These will end up the kind of people who will have kid running riot as they're too scared to shout at them who will then end up stealing our cars and peeing on our gnomes.

What crap. I can see the bit of the video where the dog is on the vibrator. It wont harm the dog at all. My dog would probably love it.

How in the hell can anyone call that animal cruelty. Me and my partner are probably the biggest dog lovers out there.

How exactly is that dog supposed to be distressed.:rolleyes:

I call CAT OWNERS.

This leads me to a tale. On my parents street they used to have social BBQs etc, bit like Neighbours without the hot girls. Anyway, two ladies who lived on the street were hosting one and I was at home doing some coursework before I came down. At the time we had an old lab who was getting really old and frail but he went everywhere with me. I finished my work and walked down with the dog to the BBQ.

When I got there the lady picked up one of her cats, covered its eyes and ran into the house whilst yelling the cat doesn't like dogs take it away. I was pretty shocked, seeing as the dog was old and could hardly move and plus we had 3 cats at the time, they knew the dog was no bother. I couldn't believe it, but it was their house etc so fair do's.

They are the sort of people who complain about these things, yet when our older cat died they found her "near a car wheel" and left her on the doorstep in a Tescos bag with a note. Not nice when you're 8 years old and find your dead cat in a Tescos bag.

I just don't get some people I really don't. It was only an advert anyway so I aint too bothered. Any excuse to complain and get on their high horses.

It really upset my friend actually, she woke up crying because of it a couple of times.

She has problems =/

I hope the UK gets invaded by another country anytime soon.

Half the bloody population will be hiding under a table rocking back and forward:p
