Nope with the newer drivers you can match any brand of cards together as long as they are are same GPU and memory configuration I believe.

At a guess I would say...near GTS 512 speeds when overclocked... But are prolly better a higher res cos of more ram and bigger mem interface.

Well, tbh, those prices aren't that good. £100 for a 640MB GTS with 96 stream processors can't beat £117 for a 8800GT.

Bloody hell, I bought my G92 GTS for 360€ in January.
Ohwell, lesson learned, always buy 1 generation older.
I doubt I'd be unhappy with a 7900GTO/1950PRO till now @ 1280x1024. Would have been a massive upgrade over my previous old 6800GS too.
