I got it as well, BARGAIN :). Just a tip, you have a limited time in which you can download the suite again. So make sure you burn the .exe to a CD or DVD or keep it backed up somewhere safe (as well as your key!) :).

But it doesnt include Visio or Project? IIRC?

No it doesn't, it includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Accounting Express, Publisher, Access, InfoPath, Groove and OneNote. I'm a student of Computer Science and my university provides me with Visio and project through MSDNAA which is handy. For £38 is still a good deal, might as well take advantage of it even if you only use Word.

Agreed, 'tis a pretty good deal- and you can get Microsoft Expression Studio from Dreamspark, if that interests you, as well as Visual Studio/XNA subs, if you can't get the MSDNAA.

Free/Cheap for Students! Huzzah!

i have this as well its quite good only can be installed on one machine though and if you reformat you have to go through a long painful process of reactivating the software bit of a pain but worth it

edit:sorry ment to say via telephone internet activation is no hassle at all

Ive had a few problems on my laptop so ive ended up having to install and activate this 3 or 4 times over the last week or 2 and its literally just one button click and done

I've never found activation of software a 'long painful process'. I really have no idea why people complain about it so much

I agree 100%. Easy to install, activate and use. Yayness. :)

tempted to buy this again so I can have office on both my machines, it's just so cheap.
Very cheap. The idea is obviously to get students to use legal, licenced software but also to try and endear us to be loyal to Microsoft in the future.

Yes. yes it is. See, MS aren't an evil, money grabbing corporation like many people make out.

Burnsy
Apple now? :p

It says you need to have an american .edu email address, is anyone having problems with this? My sister wants office for uni and its student budgetable! :D

Huh?! You must be on the US site. Try the UK site.

You must hold a valid email address at a UK, Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man educational institution, ending in either ‘.ac.uk’, ‘ac.im’, ‘ac.gg’ or ‘ac.je’.
