Times must be hard for Jackie Chan....

probably has a reason for doing it, agent wants him to be more prominent in the uk?
 
He probably doesn't need the money to pay bills and whatnot, like a lot of US stars does wacky adverts in Japan. It's a good income for a day's work in which the audience is largely confined to these shores and his main fan base (Asia) remain unaware of these ads.
 
i saw the add yesterday and thought the same,

does not set a good impression in my opinion.

why would he need to do this. . .
 
Bit odd but one of the things I've always liked about Jackie Chan is that he isn't afraid to take the mickey out of himself, that and the fact that Drunken Master is one of the greatest Kung Fu films of all time.
 
Is it definitely him and not just a look alike along the lines of that ad with an apparent Morgan Freeman in it a while back?
 
he's plastered in every window of my local woolys hugging the sheep and the dog. there's also a life size ( i think) cardboard cut out.

there really pushing the jackie chan loves woolys idea.
