AFIK it's 12pm on a Saturday so if it isn't there by now, it ain;t coming today I'm afraid.

What does the tracking number show? Does it show it went in the delivery van this morning?

I once had one which showed it had been loaded in the van that morning for Saturday delivery but it didn't come. When I rang them they told the driver had run out of time and it hadn;t been delivered!

I got my money back for the delivery but that's not really the point.

no it had down shipped to dispatch depot and Scheduled Delivery Date: 12/04/08 but hasnt turned up so looks like monday now and i paid the extra for saturday,thanks for the help
 
Whoever pays extra for Sat delivery by City Link is robbed in daylight.
I did this before (not OCUK), paid for it and then waited all day for nothing, called them up later and was told that their staff don't work on Sat!!!

Anyway, ordered an EVGA 8800GTX last Friday, missed delivery on Monday, they left a card saying that they would attempt to redeliver it again on Tuesday and guess what, no one came. The number on the card was an automated one, I had to google for the "real" number of the depot! The girl on the phone sighed heavily while I was reading out the tracking code, I asked why they didn't deliver on Tuesday as stated on the card and she said they had no such policy and that if I miss a delivery I will have to call them immediately??? So why say on the card that an attempt will be made the next day? Such a blatant liar, it's written all over the card and she denied to accept it!
I ended up collect it in person, waited for ages to be served even though I was the only customer and two members of staff were busy sucking fags right outside.:mad:

In short, if you have a parcel delivered by City Link, don't miss it the first time (ie. order Monday before 3pm, must be at home on Tue, after 3pm on Wed) otherwise next day can be next decade delivery.

This has happened to me with my last 2 orders from overclockers. Paid for Sat delivery and it turns up on Monday and ordered my LL G70 case last month at 2pm for it just to sit at warehouse cue and then getting it 2 days later. Thing is they say they are going to refund delivery but im sure ive not received any so when i am going to get my 6 years worth of statements i shall be kicking sum ass
 
Just to add - i paid for saturday delivery after i placed an order at around 5pm wednesday and it didn't ever leave the warehouse. It's rather frustrating especially when you work away from home and don't have a car! To make matters worse i have plans for next saturday so i've got no idea what to do now :(
