If it's a company car, then yes. You have to use a *lot* of fuel to make it beneficial though. Most of the time it'd be more cost effective for the company to just increase your salary and you pay for your own private fuel.glad mines simple. I pay £xx in tax, and ill my car up with as much derv as i can squeeze in, without concern. Take it thats the norm?
If it's for private use then you will be paying tax on it. Else it's not legal.mines much more simpler than you guys..i dont pay tax or nothing on it. i top up whenever and they pay it. doesnt effect my wages.

Are they paying for your private fuel as well?
they say you cant use it for private use but i do anyway. im not insured driving it out of work hours but thats it.
So they're paying for private use, but they don't know about it. And you're driving around uninsured?

this vechicle aint tracked so how can they know anyway.only sometimes. and if something happens then im gonna be working so im insuredthis vechicle aint tracked so how can they know anyway.
If you have an accident your employer will find out and know you weren't working. For the insurers to pay out your company will then need to lie to them and show them you were 'working'. If it goes to court it could get messy! Plus you could lose your job.
