Which Mario Kart is best?

Loved the Gamecube and Gameboy Advanced games.

Played the SNES one a little bit, N64 version I found pretty poor. Haven't played the Wii version yet.

Agreed.

SNES battle mode was easily the best. I'll give you time trials on the SNES too but I think multiplayer racing on the DS is the best as you can evade all powerups bar lightening with enough skill.

Back in the day the SNES was great, in my opinion it was overshadowed by the N64 version and nothing since has beat that.

But Crash Team Racing owns them all!

SNES #1 wooo, simply the best!
N64 #2 was awesome but spoiled by cheating AI and powerup overkills imo.

N64 was the best for me, however im really liking the Wii version, the Wheel and online play is truly awsome! Many hours are going to go into this as well as sleepless nights

Gotta agree gc was the worst version. I found the selection of tracks very small and boring. The ds is much fun online.

then the the last by far is the N64

Actually I'm very suprised that some people are even saying the N64 as their fav..... Isn't it internationally reconised that this version was a load of pap?

Well it’s the only version bar the GameCube I have memories of playing tbh and there were fun!

I can’t honestly remember playing it on the SNES.

Not as far as I know, I always loved the game.

GC version is crap.

Snes > N64 > GC

Not played any of the others
