I have a 40 gig ps3 and have brought loads of store content, my harddisk is nearly full and I need to free some space can I move the games I have brought somewhere else is there anything I can do?

There is a system backup tool in the system options, can't remember the exact route to take off the top of my head.

You do also get to download it 5 times from the store, so if you can't see yourself using it for a while, just delete it and download it again later?

You can actually download it on 5 different profiles, so if he deletes em and redownloads em on the same account he won't lose any of those 5. It's only if he gets another playstation and downloads em without deactivating the old one that he'll lose a credit.

My recommendation would be to just buy a 120gig hdd and chuck that in, you can backup all your data if you have a USB harddrive using the backup feature. Getting a larger HDD will also help prepare your PS3 for the PVR attachment later this year.
