Is my Radeon 9200SE dead?

I'm getting all sorts of flashing colour all over the screen, and alsi ATI driver failures... I'm 99% the card is dead or dying, and the heatsink is pretty toasty....

Is there a chance it is anything else? Also, is it just me or are these pretty reliable cards these 9200's?

They are pretty hardy cards from my experience with one and surprisingly capable but it is well past its sell by date so I think you might be best to simply replace it now.

Yep it's an old (backup) rig, I'll bin it and grab something a little newer.
