Nvidia's next-gen GPU, GT200 reported being taped out

They sure are, its odd as well, as im sure i read somewhere that the GT200's were going to be on 65nm process as well, but they on a 55nm now (Nvidia).

Im sure i also read somewhere, that the reason they decided to push the GT200's back, was because they don't think much of AMD's R700.

Best to do the Christian thing and forgive Nvidia. They need all the millions of pounds they can get.

They are a charity after all.
And by buying their cards you help to make the world better, stop the starvation, fix global warming, save the rainforests and baby seals :o

Its worse for me being on a 320 MB because I am running a 24" screen :(

I actually feel kind of bad for my GPU tbh *pats it*. I really am struggling to resist the 8800 GT, but I don't really wanna spend 100 on 2 months use, it doesn't really seem like good value for money :P

I feel for you if you bought the monitor after the videocard, if you bought the 320MB videocard when you already had the 24" monitor you get no sympathy as you should have known :p

After :) I got the 320MB when it was released, and then got hold of the OcUK 24" monitor when they first appeared :( I couldn't resist damn Gibbo and his deals :(

I want the splendor of 1920x1200 on all my games damn it.

Actually, UT3 demo runs at 1920x1200 believe it or not, but not so much with AA ;)

This release will prove that the 9 series is just a revisionf of the 8. The 9800 should have been the 8900. Pretty poor really.
We all know that already, but what I understand is that Nvidia will release another revision, this time on 55nm which will propably still not be faster, only use less power and be quieter.
