Is My Car About To Blow Up?

Oh knows she gonna blow, it actually around 85k, some of those are KM

My dads Merc Sprinter is on 207,000 miles or around that, I'll get a pic of it on monday. Its starting to fall apart now though, keeps loosing water, a hose burst a while back and the fan belt and tensioner fell to bits on the motorway. Low mileage 4 t w tbh :D, saying that mines not exactly low @ 74k.

Engine's probably cold, like this:

Yes that's a 10 Gaijin:p

I like that the best so far . Got to admit i didn't realize how bland the Focus dials were, i think i might change the back light colour to make them a bit more interesting.

I like the dials in 156s, especially how the red-line is on 12 o'clock, and there isn't so much a dial area, as dials built into the dash wherever they wanted to put them:

I've never had a rev counter, next car should, getting close to buying one now.

They are nice, but not as nice as the money rinsing extravaganza that Tim posted.

It's all about the 11 Tim.

Oh dear, a 'P' reg Saxo with 92k under its belt (no rust anyware though), whats the most one of these things will do?
The dials are a bit wonky too, maybe its done >92k ?
I guess they're a bit bland, I think the mk2 came with much better white dials.
It has a nice touch of an oil temp guage which doubles as an oil level indicator at first start, I think an oil pressure guage would be better though.
I was told I should not thrash it until the oil temp hits the half way mark ..WTF?
This thread is showing some nice max revs, so I think I'll stick with my max speed as in I dont know exactly what it is as :D
Ahh the trip is showing 74miles, time to stick another tenner in & I should also stay off the burgers & get some more mpg ;)

yes you should wait till the oil has warmed up untill you trash it, oil protects the engine better when its warm. i normally wait 10 mins on a cold day and 5 mins on a warm day

Yeah it takes about 15mins lately to hit the half way mark on the oil temp guage.

I think they should make instrument displays with a LCD screen & they would look awsome, especially if the display can be changed on your PC then a USB stick plugged into the dashboard with the new layout :D
