Nothing to much unexpected TBH, its a beta of the biggest PS3 game of the year with millions trying to log in at the same time. Going to leave it till 12 and try again then.

Im still trying to work out why didnt they use PSN id :/. Im getting same as others incorrect id or password but im 100% sure its all good. Getting the id was hard enough I think i know it off by heart

It keeps "Adjusting my port" everytime i connect . I thought that begining bit said something about it ?? Could some1 refresh my memory ?

Screw this, I'm going to bed, I'll give it a look in the morning before work, bet it's still knackered though.

Exactly Ea with a poor general reputation for most gamers a company I wouldnt normally want anything to do with such games as MGO. But I would love them to publish this compared to Konami

Having watched the trailer:

Why do shadows look so jagged? IIRC the same thing happens in COD4. Does the PS3 struggle with real time shadows?

I dont understand why people are complaining so much. Yes you were expecting to play the game right now but so were millions of other people. All at the exact same time trying to access the same thing. No amount of preparation can prepare Konami for that.

All hardware struggles with realtime shadows. To do perfect ones is incredibly hard. You need top notch hardware for it.
