OCUK's banned email providers?

I am still using my old university email to receive notifications from OCUK (address was deleted once I graduated), but the trouble is OCUK won't let me use any of my Hotmail, Gmail or Fsnet email accounts. It states all three addresses are banned. Utch mo!

What accounts will OCUK accept? Sorry to trouble y'all, but I can't seem to get a reply after emailing a Don numerous times. Perhaps they are too busy for lil' ole' me.

they don't accept public e-mail addresses, something like an ISP or Work e-mail address is probably acceptable

Got a domain? Got a friend who owns a domain? Use that.

I had to sign up with my BT email address, that works fine

I can't use my new o2.co.uk email address and they are my service provider, so can't use anything else.

I don't know what email I set up with. I've edited my trust email to my hotmail account.

You might want to check out the FAQ...

You must use one of the following types of email account when registering otherwise your account will not be approved: an ISP-based e-mail address, an academic email address, a workplace or business email address or a personal domain email address if it can be verified (authorisation may be delayed).
