Looks ok really, soon to be upgraded from API SL to SM. It's an oil developed specifically for Ford engines. Carries ACEA A1 so good for fuel economy.

5W-30 its what Ford recommend for my engine. I think I got the Castrol one as my backup down the shed.

SXOC provide an oil analysis service for members at a cost, they test the oil after they have been used for TBN rating additive content and the metal content and other things it gives an indication of how well the oil has performed and the condition of your engine.

Silkolene has had good results so far, where on the other hand Halfords motorsport oil was god awful.
