MoreThan Glass Helpline or Autoglass

I've noticed a few small chips in my screen from gritters and such I think, anyway I notice in my documentation it says windscreen repairs are free through MoreThan's glass helpline, is it likely they'll just send autoglass or someone similar to repair the chips? I'm assuming it wouldn't be a good idea to go direct to Autoglass seeing as it says that in the documentation?

Ring the insurance company, explain to them, they will then put you through themselves (once they have taken a few details) to their recommended windscreen repairer. Had to do this myself this week.

^as stated above. Is really easy and takes about 30 mins to fix. They can go to where you work and sort it out there too.

Superb, im currently inbetween jobs anyway so im just sat at home at the moment, ill give them a call tomorrow
