Well, it's basically something to do with illegal use of software.

I'll follow up that whistleblower thing and see what advice they give me.
its hardly worth reporting a bit of software piracy
I'm aware of that, which is why I haven't yet done anything.Bear in mind that reporting the alleged offence could result in one or more people being left unemployed.

Heh, it's still bloody cold in this office..They did used to make him cold, now they shall pay! With a bill for some Office 2003 licenses.
No no, still here. I'm not trying to "bring them down" because I've left bitterly. Are you still with the company or have you "gone your separate ways"?

I'm just unhappy with some of the stuff that goes on here.

Trouble is my boss is one of the directors, and I can hardly approach him to say "hi, I think what you're doing is illegal."Have you spoken to your manager or someone high up about the exact matter ?? That would surely be the first step.
If they do not listen then I would argue it's a private company (im assuming here) and that it's up to them what they do or don't do.
I would keep out of it and move on if you don't like how things are done there.
Cheers, I guess I have some morals after all.I think that you're doing right here, it is illegal and that alone should mean that something is done. It may be hard though especially if people will be out of jobs, but things like this are black and white, whether people like them or not.
I'm trying to move on, that doesn't remove the fact that the law is being broken.
