I'd disagree with this. I wouldn't play it single player but it's great fun multi-player. Not a great improvement on the GC version though.
Mario Kart is excellent as is Wii Sports. Mario & Sonic at the Olympics is great too. Not got it yet but plan on getting Pro Evo at some stage as the off-the-ball play is supposed to be top notch.
Another game I tend to play for ages but then leave alone for a while is G1 Jockey. I find it really good fun but the missus doesn't like it. Have been a fan of it since PS2 though.

Using the wii-mote sucks, using the wheel sucks a little less, using the nun-chuck is ok, using the gamecube controller is best

Wheel is excellent. It's a total laugh with the wheel - simply too easy with any other method.

Of the games I own the two which get the most play would be Mario Strikers and SSX Blur - Strikers is way in front on that count though - and Mario Kart will no doubt overtake both once I get it later next month
I really loved Resi 4 when I borrowed it off a mate - was making my way through it on Professional after completing the Mercenaries to unlock the "hand cannon"
