Canon Speedlite 580 EX II, how to?

Took an impulse buy at a store when i was on holiday and i really want to read up how to use it properly. This is to go on my trusty 350D.

Does anyone know any good links or youtube tutorial videos i can follow?

Normal Fash use - Camera in manual mode : 1/125, F8
Fill Flash - Av or Tv mode and shoot away

i find that the best thing for normal flash use is either Program or Tv, Av for fill flash and manual for those annoying situations
