Champions League Semi Final *Spoilers* 29/30 April

Well played Chelsea :)

Had a few decisions gone our way tonight and we could have been in the final, notably the first goal being offside and the penalty Hyypia should have won.

However that's football and I'll take it on the chin unlike some Arsenal fans ;)
 
Now that the game is officially over, I'll repost this :)

Speaking as a Liverpool supporter, I say congratulations to Chelsea.

As much as it pains me to say it, I think the better team on the night won it. For me, we just didnt do enough with our possession, didnt look anywhere near as hungry for it as Chelsea did, and the substitution of Torres is easily one of the most bizarre managerial decisions I have seen in my footballing life (barring an unmentioned injury)

Well done to Chelsea and Man Utd, cant say that I will be watching the champions league final as I dont think it will be a terribly interesting game, but congrats to both teams in reaching it.

Chelsea in their first final and the mancs finally with a chance to overtake the European achievements of the mighty Nottingham Forest :p

Chelsea have finished in the top 2 of the premiership for the past 5 years, and got to the semis of the CL for 4 the past 5 years. How poor, exactly, is that?

Oh well :(

Much better performance in the 2nd half but ultimately we lost it in the first leg. Pity the ref bottled the Hyypia penalty decision, would have made the last few minutes more interesting.

i dont support liverpool

i hate chelsea cause they play terrible ugly football and their players are all mercenaries

id rather arsenal win the CL then Chelsea and im a spurs fan

at least arsenal entertain
 
Great game and a much better watch than last nights.

Thought we were the better team over the two legs but I'm not going to complain like some of the pathetic Arsenal supporters on this forum. You win some, you lose some. Well done and good luck in the final Chelsea :)
 
I'm still soooo proud of the mighty Liverpool. I know we don't quite have the quality of the top 3 but we pushed chelsea right to the last minute there. Absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

Fair play to Lamps tonight, must have been hard for him but he was quality all night.
