Max Richter To Perform New Work At The Union Chapel

Artic Circle Presents Max Richter and Johann Johanson at the Union Chapel, Sunday 29th June from 8pm.

Max Richter will be performing the music from his forthcoming Fatcat release, 24 Postcards In Full Colour, which is due for release on limited edition vinly and download later in the year.

Icelandic composer Johann Johannson (4AD/Touch) will also bring his stately, slow-building and hauntingly melodic music to the Union Chapel for a rare live performance.

Anyone else going? no one I know knows Max Richter (even though he's like top five favourite artists of all time), so I'll be going on my lonesome probably! Johann will be great to see too!
 
I'm a big fan of Richter, listening to some of his music now actually.

Just a shame it's so far away from me as I would have loved to listen to him live.
Looking forward to that release.
