The world's 'lowest car'

Hope this hasn't been posted but I thought this was quite fun

Perry Watkins has built the lowest street legal car measuring just 19 inches off the ground, called the 'Flatmobile'. He is based in Buckinghamshire in the UK.

The steering wheel is crazy.

Not legal to use it on the street.

There is no Guinness record for lowest car any more. They don't recognise it.
