You ever driven one, and a decent one like a PPP STI? Only thing that comes close in its class / beats it is an Evo and then they cost ££££ more to run.
Only car I have ever managed to use 1/3 tank of fuel in a 30 min test drive with.
Can't say I have... but the other thing that'd bug me is that they are popular with thieves so I'd never sleep!
I'm talking pure aesthetics. Just doesn't do it for me. I'm sure they are outrageously good fun though!

I do have the Nurspec R waiting to go on along with the rest of my exhaust system from the old black one, but the STi's have boost spikes if decatted and not mapped, so I need to raise some fundage before that happens hehe.
Insurance somehow is same as last year, so that's good

My only thought would be to get those wheels re-finished in anthracite, not as a priority though.
Other than that, fantastic motor
I agree, gold wheels just don't do it for me, but looks spot on other than that.

Your dad must be different to mine, mine is really really competive and if his was slighlty better he would rub it in. If mine was much better his would be POS before he bought a better model a month or two later.
Those are the later spec wheels. Came in midway through the blobeye shape iirc, along with slightly different dash and rear arch trims.

I struggled to get mine under £1200 on a non STi when I was 23
went with e-Car in the end, was about £500 cheaper than everywhere else.
