You don't have to drink =\ Just have one next week![]()
Did Sheriff John Burnell say that?
Dude - When I lived in the states I shot guns drunk all the time...no one I was with ever got killed or anything...we are a safe bunch, and I'm sure you are too. It's wasn't fun unless we each brought about 6 beers with us....well, it was fun, but it was MORE fun with alcohol...there's no problem...I've been dying to go shooting since I moved here 3 and a bit years ago...i'm jealous of you!![]()

Glad someone didI'm one of the few sad people that know what your on about.![]()
What? That's kind of worrying really. I'm sure the police wouldn't be too happy about that, and they certainly wouldn't have issued a shotgun certificate if they knew you would be drinking whisky whilst shooting.
Are you going to a range where you hire the gun? If so and if they smell drink on you they might not let you shoot. If you stop drinking at 6am, chances are that you will still be drunk by the time you go shooting. Otherwise you'll be grand. My da and myself always carry a hipflask of whiskey when we go shooting and usually end up half cut by the time we're done.
Is it Tannyoky you're going to?
You know that place?
Its about 15 minutes from where i am .
Aye, my da lives in Poyntzpass![]()
