If I embed a youtube music video on my site is there a chance I could be sued? or is it up to youtube to monitor there videos. My site finds a video off the search criteria and then embeds that video for playback.
Artists now have official channels which stream there music videos on youtube. How would I embedding one cause any more damage than someone going onto youtube and viewing a video from there. There all the same pants quality and equally restricted to what you can do with them. It doesn't anyway compete with actually buying the song as you can't do anything with streamed videos. Hmm I'm not sure whether to follow through with my site I've been working on.
