Will try to update the scores if this stays bumped and I remember.

I'm only really interested in the Championship games, but I included the rest not to be rude. Plus I think there's a few Leeds fans on here somewhere. ;)

Everyone reckons a Palace-Hull final is almost a certainty now, but I'm still nervous about Hull's chances. Hopefully their excellent just-before-the-end-of-the-season-ignoring-that-bad-blip-of-the-last-three-games form will help them through, but discouting Watford so much is only putting it in their favour. Hopefully Pedersen and Garcia will be back, and we'll see:

- - - - - - - - - Myhill - - - - - - - - -
- Dawson - Brown - Turner - Ricketts
Pedersen - Marney - Ashbee - Garcia
- - - - - Windass - Campbell - - - - -

With some combination of Folan, Hughes, Okocha and Barmby ready to do their magic from the bench. Best of luck to them, having never made the top-flight before, my fingers are crossed.

Oh I see. Trying to throw your name into the hat for official spoiler thread creator next season are we?

Noted.

I just quoted your Prem threads and copied the layout you use. Saved me the hassle. :o

I'm too lazy to do this on a regular basis.

EDIT: Depending on deadlines, I may take my lunch break off early on Sunday to watch the game. Might try to get home leg tickets tomorrow, but I expect they'll be a massive queue and sell out sharpish. Shame, if I could have been arsed, I might have been able to dig enough home tickets up to claim a ticket on early release. Ah well.

Good result for us today, apart from 20 minutes in the first half dominated the game and ran out deserved winners, 2 great goals deserving to win any game. Great to see Warnock monaing like the little child that he is, especially about probably the dirtiest team in the league being kicked about. :D.

Never happy to see a player injured but loosing scowcroft is a blow for them, as when they play their hoof ball they can cause us problems but now they have to play football we have a good chance of getting through to the final.

We should win it. We've proved that we are the second best team in League 1 by a wide margin.

I think Dougie Freedman might be the difference.

Yep I agree there we’ve done very well this season :D This is it now though; no doubt Carlisle will be very much up for it, as you say Squeaky bum time. :p

Poor start by Leeds, 1-0 at half time in the home leg. We need to be in a winning position to go to Carlisle so something needs to change.

In fairness Leeds should be winning here, if not for the gems their keeper has pulled out of the bag. I was surprised he beat Ankergren to the team of League 1 this season but if he's played like that it explains it. Against any other keeper in this league Beckford would have 2 goals.

Their goal was very lucky, it wasn't a corner and it took a huge deflection and skipped just inside the post, but the lottery that is the playoffs often get decided on bits of luck. Just hope that isn't the one that decides this one.

Leeds need some width and need to start committing men forward. We fall a long way short against Watford by starting a playoff game aiming to not lose. You need to go out to win at all costs.

We need some width. Hughes should come on at half time.

Leeds defence is very suspect and where is the midfield? :)

Carlisle had a reasonable penalty shout. 50/50 but they have given for less than that.

Carlisle unlucky with the ball that hit the post!

Good neutral viewers game. Carlisle get one more then I can't see leeds getting back over two legs. :)

Poor show by Carlisle fans. We took more to Elland Road!

Their keeper has made two ourstanding saves, we need to take our chances in the second half, Kilkenny hasn't looked too sharp and he's the one usually running round everywhere.
