Yea, i've used it once. HSBC had to deliver my debit card, but I wasn't in. Got a letter a few days later from these guys asking when to set it up so they could come and deliver it.

Not the most reliable, since I set it up for friday, and didn't show. Only told me "early next week" when I called up and asked what happened.

Came the following week. So not the most reliable, from that one instance, but legitimate all right. HSBC are using them :p

Thanks, that's more reassuring. I've also since managed to find more details confirming them on a few reliable sites like the US Embassy.

I'm expecting some documents to be delivered regarding fraud/identity theft, so I'm overly suspicious of anything requesting my details at the moment, and I've not seen them before.

NatWest/RBS use them too. They couldn't organise a **** up in a brewery if they tried, I very nearly didn't get gig tickets due to their incompetance. For example, I had the tickets sent to work as nobody else could sign for them (even with my ID) apparently so to work they went and what did they do? They let some random person in the mail room sign for them, useless.

Yeah, they work for Securemail. They can't drive around in vans with 'Securemail' printed all over them because people will know what type of documents theyre carrying.
