Age 15: Amature swimmer 6'3" 10stone
Age 21: Student, no longer swimming, influx of cheap junk food, 6'4", 18stone.
Yes, I eat a lot, but it will change when the environment changes. When I move back home and get back into cycling and leave the student life I will sort it out, dont really care about the numbers, just want to lose the love handles.
Its the easy things that are the worst. Went though a spell in my first year at uni, ate lots of Iceland Ready Meals, put on 2 stone in 8 weeks..... not good.
Theres nothing wrong with the odd bit, but as has been said, isnt good to completely ignore or eat to much.
EDIT:
The BMI chart puts you fairly into underweight snowdog. (having been to many GP practices these things vary massively, so take all reading with a huge pinch or salt)
