Not to bad for speed, i got about 150 - 200k on the XP set.

Cheers for the heads up. Will these be faster than the stable ones on Nvidia's site for CUDA? (since that's what the 8600GT in my system is for)

These don't work for me btw in XP, do the same as the 175.16's, stick in 800x600 and 4 bit colour.

i doubt they support CUDA unless its mentioned, a bit like the stereo drivers.

2nd set of drivers that have done that now for me, and when i go to change it, it wont change, and when i go to the Adapter type, and list all modes for my GTS, the only 2x it lists are 640x480 4 bit and 800x600 4 bit, so probably not installing properly or something.

The Driver Version on these is the 30th April, so older than Nvidia's upped beta's, the 175.16's.

Hmm thats well bizarre heres how mine went on had the 174.93 installed,extracted the 175.70 to a folder on desktop then went to control panel/hardware/gfx adapters/8800gt right clicked then install new driver then browsed to the nv4_disp.ini in the 175.70 folder installed rebooted and voila.
Sorry if im telling you how to suck eggs as im sure your not daft and know how to install drivers by now

Yeah i tried that as well, i still get VGA style, 800x600 4bit with the red X coming up saying something about the low res and colour bit, click to change, when i do, does nothing, my monitor is correct as well, and if i go to list all modes my card supports, it only shows 640x480 4bit, 800x600 4bit, its like they wont install properly.

Perhaps they just don't like the onboard geforce 6100? Have you tried posting on guru3d with your problem?

Yeah ive posted on there as well, my onboard 6100 is disabled at the moment as ive got my old 320mb GTS in there.
