Frijj Milkshake, how do i say it?

I think its partly from people misreading it, I think theres a chance my lass thought it was Friij or somethin :)

I used to think it was pronounced Freej and spelt 'Friij' when I was a kid :o

There milkshakes are so thick, I'm sure they use potato starch or something!

It uses locust bean gum
Locust bean gum is a galactomannan vegetable gum extracted from the seeds of the Carob tree. It is used as a thickener and gelling agent in food technology. It is also called carob gum.
And ice cream.
