Aliens whats your view?

so it's possible that alien life has visited Earth if they evolved far earlier than we did. If this is the case then you would have to say that they evolved on a planet far nearer the centre of our universe where planets formed first.

Or they evolved much quicker due to the natural resources or circumstances on their home planet. For instance, war has always created new technology but also created depressions in the world evolving. Our species can't even get along with each other, so why would other sentient beings want to come near us is beyond me.

I do believe in aliens that are more advanced than us somewhere in the universe, it is just unrealistic not to. I also believe that the Egyptians were visited by these beings. Though finding evidence of these sightings is so hard these days due to naysayers and the government covering up sighting by portraying the subject as a drunk or coming up with poor excuses like weather balloons or gas pockets. I believe it goes higher than you can imagine in the government.

Fair point actually. Given the age of the universe, why should we be the most developed? The odds are stacked against us that there is life somewhere which is way more advanced than we are.

We don't know enough about the universe to know either way, but I certainly don't discount the possibility. I've never experienced anything to enforce the possibility in my mind either, but who can tell.

Aliens are Amongst us already, Fact.
Easy to spot though, They have Long hair & use hair straighteners.

The universe is so big that there must be life somewhere else although i doubt they have the technology to fly millions of lightyears to spy on us mere earthlings

they are probably doing what we are doing, scouring the universe with whatever tech they do have looking for signs of life

My view is that only the original film was great, the trilogy and subsequent fourth film began to lose some of the magic. Aliens was alright though.

Yep, we are so insignificant in this universe and we understand very little outside our current world. It's just to narrow minded to believe that we are special and were the only spec of dust created in a universe far older than we can calculate and measure.

I believe that you would need to find a species of "alien" that actually wants something in return from us... because if they can travel here in the speed of light, they would have some amazing technologies. They would have no need from us other than to add them to their dictionary of species they have found.

Alternatively, we could be very special and one of only a few species in the universe and they would see us as an opportunity to grow and develop their species. For us, we win in this situation as they would encourage us to adopt their technology....and this is why our government(s) would want to censor it from us. Can you imagine them rolling down here with their spaceships and lasers, it would turn into Bioshock. People can't be trusted with such power, it needs to be rolled into society at a slow pace so that rules and regulations can be put into place.

Hence why this could all be a government conspiracy and as soon as I say that, everyone will say I am mad. :)

Just food for thought!

Serious bit, Yer Honest.
there is life on other Planets out there somewhere i am convinced of it.
The reason being those little complete Eco systems that live at the bottom of the sea around those hot jet volcano(maybe? not sure on proper term) things.
No sun light or Oxygen but there is life, because of this I believe there is life all over the place.
Lizard men & visitors though is just for Mad people.

some of the NASA evidence is undeniable: 'Houston, this is Discovery... We still have the Alien spacecraft under observance'

I googled that phrase just out of curiosity, this is what I found...

Shortly after Ratsch claims he heard "Houston this is Discovery, we still have the Alien spacecraft under observance".A former mission specialist with NASA , Bob Oeschler conducted an intense investigation into these events and concluded that the message had in fact been broadcast from the vicinity of Fort Meade in Maryland, an area where the US National Security Agency had it's base. The NSA has long been interested in UFOs and Oeschler was of the opinion that the transmission was a deliberately set-up hoax for some intelligence purpose.

Googling any sort of conspiracy theory is unlikely to return particularly reliable links, but still.

/edit - couldn't watch your link cos I'm at work
