What you do is you buy Trackmania United, and then update it to United Forever.
That way you bypass the need to buy Trackmania United Forever for £25.

What's the advantage of buying the full game as the demo seems pretty substantial?

gone and bought it for a fiver, love this game, using a 360 pad makes it a whole lot more fun

Click on 'play trackmania' then on that box, click options (not play), then advanced and you can see all the options there. They aren't in game...

Picked this up yesterday after playing Nations for a few days. Bargain at a fiver. Played a few online games, but not really good enough yet.
What I like about the single player is how "right" the difficulty is. Bronze and silver are generally avaiable after a bit of practice, but gold on some tracks is very testing. But the important thing is that it never feels completely out of reach. I am always ready for "one more try"
The first muscle car (Island?) track is a real challenge and is a stiff indication that you will need some practice/patience. I had to beat the trackmakers time just to get gold
Took me over half an hour LOL.
Not sure about the rally or coast yet. Perhaps they will grow on me. I also much prefer the racing tracks to the jump/stunt ones.
Overall, a great game, especially at 1920x1200
Looking forward to downloading some more tracks once TMExchange gets back online. I am presuming there will be re-creations of some famous circuits from aroung the world, Trackmania style.
How much more can you get for a fiver? Nadeo deserve all the success they get IMO.

ok is there any where to get cars and such which you dont have to use copper for?
only just go the full game, so only have 50copper at the moment?

I played this about a year ago I think, on some race.. big crash at the first corner and I got PUNTED across the track.. slid across the finish line on the roof... 1st place in about 8 seconds

Seen as TM is a time trial race where you cannot physically touch other cars, they are all ghosts, it cant have been TM you were playing
