The all-singing, all-dancing Football League Play-Off thread *SPOILERS APLENTY*

Yet the likes of Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger are legends in the game? They whine and moan just as much as him (maybe even more so). And without knowing him outside of football, you cannot judge whether he is, or isn't a ****.
Did those blades fans happen to be the kind that only turn up when the tickets are cheap, or its a big game/derby match? Because they are the only ones that i have ever found that dislike him.

No, the two I called to mind worked in the same building as me and went to every home game, and one of them went home and away.

I dislike Warnock as a person much more than I do Taggart, and that's saying something.

Is that outside of football, aswell?

You watch fooball? Players/managers/coaches etc are judged on their behaviour in the footy scene, there's not any who will know them "outside football"!

Ah well, there you are wrong.

Neil Warnock attended a charity event in Brighton on the Friday before his team played us and he came across as a very pleasant guy. The kids loved him.

He spent three hours with us, when he didn't have to, and left a generous gift.

Yes, he has a moan up on the pitch, but he loves winding up opposing players, managers, supporters, officials. He said it's part of his make up and the day he stopped doing it, he would not be breathing anymore!

I'm sure Dennis Wise is exactly the same, although no longer at Leeds. He was a moany, whiney git but I'm guessing he's a nice bloke when the whistle stops. :D

Last year a friend was in hospital (Looked like he was going to die) and guess who was beside him while waiting for his family to get back from london? Yes, Neil Warnock. he stayed with him for 6 hours until they got they're. He now calls every couple of days to ask how he is.

And no, he had never met him before that. Sorry if i am a little over Defensive of the man.

Wow, so he's called your friend over 150 times over the past year?

I've only now calmed down after last nights thrashing of the mighty Watford, all I can say now is Brisol who??

[Useless facts]
On a side note this will be the first time in it's history that Hull City has every been to Wembley and after we wallop Bristol it'll be the first time we have ever played in the top division as we are currently the biggest city to never do so.

I think we need this more than Bristol :)

COME ON THE TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!

.

Um you havent managed to beat us all season, so what makes you think Wembley will be any different.
:D

First time for everything! :p

Don't mind who goes up out of Hull or Bristol. Probably prefer Hull, god knows why ***runs*** :D

Least we don't have to go through the play-offs, don't think we would have gone up if we did! :o Would have been nerve wracking!

I believe Leeds will win tonight and at the final

I don't think we would have made it. However, we did hit form at the right time, clearly. I can see Leeds doing it.
