Hi

Overclockers have just added to their site two TV'S at what looks like fantastic prices. The spec is average and adds leverage to you pay more for the higher specs. Priced at below £290.00 and £380 respectively this looks like a good deal.

The is some relatively good threads about these TV's.

Thought i would let you know about these.

Great Prices for budget driven LCD's:)

first, welcome to the forums :)

i've got the hannspree 37", sure it's not as good as my mate's 37" 1080P, but i'd rather have the extra £1000 in my back pocket

looks great, dunno what the sound is like, the remote is shocking (only use it for power off & input select)

i'd buy it again in a flash

I bought the 32" Hannspree when it came down in price last summer.

Again, the only thing I'm willing to complain about is the remote.

Brilliant buy for what I spent on it.

perfectly summed up, and agrees with my views on the 37 XV i bought also.

I had an earlier model Digimate 32" and it was garbage, horrible remote, terrible speakers and the panel broke within 6 months.

Much better to just a spend a little more money on a well known brand.

so the 37" hannspree from overclockers is looking like a pretty good buy then. I know someone who bought the digimate and it does look quite good, and seem to be working great. he's had it for a few months. i think for less that £300 you can't complain to much unless if it breaks. i think maybe the 32" digimate is gonna get ordered. unsure anything bigger would look right in my room.

I have a 37" hanspree,

If you dont mind the awful remote reciever, stuttering on VGA (and HDMI i believe) with a PC or console, red ghosting for the first 15 mins of use then go for it.

I'm not 100% sure if affects all sets but mine has them all!

My xbox through component is fantastic though, which is what it is used for mostly. If i had paid anymore it would have gone back to OcUK.

hmm, JAMAL, i don't get those problems (i did with an x300 gfx card, but not on my hd2600pro), no red ghosting here either..

the YT and JT are different panels (i think), get an 'E2' model of the JT-02 , i spent about a week reading a/v forums before deciding which one to get

if i wasn't happy with it, i'd've sent it back

£360 was mega cheap at the time :D
