I'd be more afraid of the repercussions from a nancy appologetist calling me a racist tbh, since it now attracts more jailtime than rape/incest/murder. Anyway, if you ban the use of negro, how are Spanish/Portugese going to describe the colour black? Change the word because it offends? In fact, educated people use the word ****** because it is a latin word (niger).

As for ******, well, who can name a single story of where they have done anything good for the community? Cardiff council provided them with a permanant site, installing laundrettes and toilets, what did they do within 6 hours of taking posession? Yup, ripped out the toilets, sold the washing machines and destroyed the place.

There was a tv documentary on a while ago about a woman who kept having trouble with them breaking onto her land and destroying her orchards. They killed her husband after pinning him down and he had a heart attack.

The documentary showed the disgrace for human beings for what they are, they would steal clothes from her washing line, rigged up a power line from her house to their caravans, stole her satellite dish, all while she was trying to evict them.

Eventually, when the day came to turf them out, they produced a document stating that they had been sold the land by a previous *****. It wasn't his to sell and she had them sucessfully evicted after calling the police. As a parting shot, they threatened to kill her. Nice people these ******...

Personally, I am very biased against them and in my eyes they aren't even scum, they are underscum and why should we have to put up with them?

so if it's irish travellers that are a racial group, how is my thread title bordering on breaking UK law when I've clearly specified they are all scottish coming from a maximum of 100 miles from where I live?

As already stated, you get your horse-drawn cart gypsies who don't do any harm other than selling weed to kids, they don't bother me at all - but the rusty van driving, driveway tarring, scummy thieving ****** are the ones in question.

My previous thought that everyone in my area wouldn't accept there business was a mistake, I spoke to my friend lastnight and she said her friend, who recently moved here, got a leaflet about driveways - checked the name and number out on yell.com and it was there so she thought it was legit. Gets her driveway done, a couple of days later the area where the front of her car sits had all sunk. She phones the number again and explains and all she gets is a bunch of ****** laughing down the phone at her. DIEEEEEEEE
 
What irritates me is that they cause all this trouble, dont pay tax, but have the cheek to seem to think they have a right to send their children to schools funded by taxpayers.
 
the one's here are illiterate, don't even put their kids to school, which I thought was illegal? Guess they'll claim they are home schooled or something along those lines.

Tell that to the children and wife of the Father murdered in Cottenham. The police never did find which ***** killed him. Or the hundreds of years old house on the cottenham highstreet that now has a new wall after the ****** nicking a range rover from histon lost control running it back to camp and ended up in the front living room of a homeowner. Sadly they lived. No charges.

It was a nice piece of justice when a ***** then got fed to the pigs. At the time I worked at Marshalls in cambridge and the police sent an email saying that due to the travellers funeral the road into Fen Ditton would be closed due to the likelyhood of the travellers kicking off after the funeral. To avoid the area at all costs.

Lots of villages at the north of cambridge are currently having a spate of lead nicked from the roofs, a school in histon has been done for the 3rd time. The police know it's the ******.

Local police station? Don't make me laugh. There is one in histon. No more than half a kilometer where a friend saw a bunch of them from his window trying to steal his works vehicle. He phoned the station and told them what he was watching and who they were.

He was told to let them take the vehicle and not leave the house til they got there or he was risking his life. About 3 hours after the van was stolen the police arrived.

The next morning he saw the ****** for himself breaking apart his tools and van on the waste ground that is now the arbury developement. Again no more than a kilometer from the police station and a kilometer from the ***** camp.

He phoned them up, they turned up. They had a chat with the ****** and then told him he could collect what was left of his vehicle and tools. No arrests where made because the lovely ****** had found the abandoned vehicle and where just trying to see if they could work out who it belonged to so they could return it.

One of the best things I ever saw was in the late eighties early 90's when the ****** at the fair picked on the wrong guy and beat up a guy in the forces. The barracks emptied, army vehicles arrived and the guys where driving stakes through caravans, over turning them and dished out a fair few kickings. The police naturally let it happen :)

I think the army should be used more often to move them on and out. I'm all for having the camps mortar attacked. May as well the police are scared of even going near the camps.

The scum cause so much trouble and are such a drain on the taxpayers. I can't see why their way of life can't be outlawed, and they be made settle and contribute like everyone else has to.
 
Used to have a caravan camped out in front of my college, must have been about 10 of them in this small caravan. One of them used to take a No Swearing! on the college doorstep EVERY morning. Was pretty rotten.

I appreciate the point you're trying to make here, but your source actually contradicts you.

You've said that Irish travellers are a racial group; Wikipedia shows that they are actually an ethnic group. Race ≠ ethnicity. They are related, but not equivalent.

The idea that always occurs to me is:

Change the law. If property is not removed from my land at my written request within 24 hours, it becomes mine.

The property laws surrounding theft are a lot stronger than trespass. As a result I can get the law involved on stronger charges.

I also get to keep the Mercs, XC90s and horses !
 
When we lived elsewhere, there was a huge playing field about 250 yards away. Needless to say, about 500 gypsies settled on there for about 3 weeks before they were moved and the place was an absolute dump after. We had our door 'tried' during that time and there were other stories...

I really dont know what to think about these types.

Your thoughts on the situation in Plymouth would be well received.

We have a National Trust property set in beautiful grounds on the bank of the River Plym. It's very popular with dogwalkers - there was a public carpark near the river used for people to walk dogs.

One day, travellers turned up and took residence on the carpark. They are still there 3 years later and whats more, the Council have built a toilet/shower block on the carpark for them.

Dog walkers can now no longer use this carpark and instead travellers live there having turned the once beautiful area into a no-go area.

It is filled not with beautiful Romany caravans and traditional dress but Ford Transit Tippers...

We had gypos down the end of our road, used the car park of the local cricket club as a dump for their fly tipping operation, terrorised a lot of local elderly residents aswell. Absolute scum the lot of em. Ive got nothing against the traditional traveller commnity, its the modern variant of the gypo i think we all despise.
