Pretty sure that Van is to catch people parking or stopping illegaly on the road, have them here in London on Smarts near schools to catch parents stopping on double reds etc.:)

Did you speak to the guy? I know there's been a press 599 in London in the past week or so doing the rounds, wondered if it was the same car.

EDIT: Stick "599" into google and note the striking similarity :D

we just heard that this was actually a crash and the ferrari was in a "hit and run" - er no, it quite simply caught fire right infront of us, was reasonably funny once we knew no-one was going to die :p

its a forecourt car from romans, they boot it up and down the 217 everyday so probably just a similar car to the one you have seen :)

Bentley in wallsend Newcastle have been overtaken by amazing cars. Went there yesterday and in the showroom and yard there was:
