Another rubbish thread, but then it's GD [I only mention it so that when I discover this thread in years to come I can console myself that my mindset was at least partly ironic].

Just had some biscuits passed round the office. I normally don't go for them but I couldn't resist. Bourbons and custard creams! Great stuff, I hadn't had these in years. What other classic biscuits are there?
 
Shortbread. (I think that's what its called)

Those really chocolatey ones from M&S in the shape of rings. mmm

edit: exactly Mat. Many endless and silly discussions have been endured over the notion of whether a twix has enough of the properties in order for it to be accepted as a biscuit. That which constitutes a biscuit nowadays is dubious indeed. Especially given the influx of 'cookies'.
I shudder at the word 'cookies'... Biscuit is what I shall refer to *them* as for the rest of my short life.
