free non installable video converter

i searched for this but i couldn't find it on the forum. i found it very useful (and easy!) to get vids from youtube/google videos and stuff from the internet onto my phone/ipod and stuff so here ya go. no need to install anything either.

The guy that runs that website has also written some good conversion software that can be installed, the quality isn't amazing, but is good for converting files for car CDs etc etc.

Check the Downloads section of the site. He also has a Video Ripper page as well.
