I've only heard the side of the 24" at the moment - but as the 23" has HDCP and is £40 cheaper I'm drawn to it. Also I do like the lower pixel pitch.
Is the 10ms response time really that bad and is the panel that much worse than the 24"?

Cheers.

(P.S. If anybody suggests I get a 22" HP there'll be a can of whoopass to be opened)

not tested the 23" model personally, but the panel is a fair bit older....there's been very little development of 23" panels for some time since it's not really a "busy" sector in the market

It's a shame because everything seems to big on a 24", I've been using a 17" for a long while now (running at 1280x1024) so it feels weird jumping to a 24".

Is there any say on when OcUK will be stocking up with 23"ers again?

Cheers, Baddass!

If they did the 24" for the price of the 23" inch (and just did away with that size) I'd happily buy one. But £50 for the extra 1" but it's the same resolution just seems a bit naff to me.

Come on ocUK.... knock £50 off on a "This Week Only Special" and I'll buy one!! :D

newer panel, better spec, slightly bigger screen.....i dont think £50 is too bad personally.

Newer panel, yes, but the old one is still better than a TN I think we'd all agree. :) It's still a lot of money for me personally, £450 for a monitor!

Surely money hasn't lost that much value with people! :p
